Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is the yoga of the psychic sleep.  

In this sacred practice we are utilizing a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental, emotional relaxation.  Sleep in NOT considered relaxation.  Relaxation can only occur when you are aware and awake.  We do not sleep in the practice of Yoga Nidra.  We can train the mind in a conscious state to tap into the subconscious and unconscious minds for gaining direct knowledge or our true Self as well as the mysteries of life.  So much can be done with this technology.  


*The mind remains aware and awake.

*The body drifts deeply into great relaxation.

*We listen to the sounds around us, and the silence behind the sound.

*Make a mental rotation around each of the body parts.

*State our Sankalpa, the encapsulation of our life's purpose.

*Focus on the breath in a variety of ways.

*Connect more deeply with all of our bodies.

*Enter the Chidakash, our inner mind screen.

*Explore the Chidakash where we can change and grow through specific alternations of the pairs of opposites for deep health and well-being.

*This practice is endless in it's benefits and potentiality.

*Awareness and focus are greatly increased.

*Ease and freedom from stress, anger, fear, hatred, jealousy.

*Increase memory, knowledge, creativity
